Product innovation

To us, product innovation is developing state-of-the-art technologies that enhance the commercial vehicle driving experience.

With our steering columns, we already have a lot of success in the construction and agriculture industries, but the goal of this road is to expand our applications to buses, trucks, and vans.

We began developing five new product lines in 2024 with the goal of breaking into the commercial vehicle industry with high-performance, dependable, and excellent products.

Safety and sustainability

Our growth strategy is supported by ambitious safety and sustainability targets: we are dedicated to lowering carbon emissions, encouraging moral and responsible production, boosting product circularity, and guaranteeing safety and human rights.

Through the use of cutting-edge production technologies, ongoing training, and effective operational procedures, we hope to cut carbon emissions by 55% by 2030.

We will also implement ESG budgets to monitor our economic, environmental and social impact.

Global expansion

Growing while keeping a production presence in the most active markets is one of the goals.

In addition to Europe, Asia and India, we are looking to grow our activities in America, with a focus on new facilities in Brazil and North America. This will allow us to mitigate geopolitical risks and ensure a faster and more flexible response to the needs of our international customers.

Efficiency and service

Punctuality and precision have always distinguished us.

We are investing in advanced IT systems and logistics management to ensure maximum efficiency for our customers. The reorganizations in various departments of our plants and the new LEAN organization projects will allow us to further improve operating performance, always maintaining high attention to the customer.
