We are delighted to announce a significant milestone for our company: the formation of the new Coram Europe SRL Board of Directors, which consists of:
- Angelo Piantoni – President
- Francesco Fiameni – CEO
- Allegra Sofia Piantoni – Board Member
This new governance replaces the figure of the sole administrator, a role held for over 21 years by Angelo Piantoni, to whom we extend our sincere thanks for his passionate and far-sighted leadership.
APCO Next Holding SRL is established
This shift is a part of the CORAM Group’s larger evolution, which started at the beginning of the year with the establishment of APCO Next Holding SRL, a new family holding company that currently owns shares in the group’s Italian companies and is gradually acquiring those overseas as well, such as Coram Asia Co., Ltd. and Coram Chromewell India Pvt. Ltd.
For us, this is a significant event that simultaneously represents continuity and regeneration. We are looking forward to the future, prepared to take on new challenges and strengthen our position in global marketplaces.
