Design Engineering

For the Design and Development of new products Coram Group has a Team of qualified engineers that are able:

To study new products
To design the components, the sub-assemblies and the finished products, using 3D and 2D CAD systems
To produce prototypes to check the installation on the vehicles
To perform bench endurance tests, to validate the products in accordance with the customers' specifications.
To study and develop the manufacturing process necessary to support the requested customers' volumes.
To release Process Quality Plans and Incoming Inspection Quality Plans, to reach the quality targets agreed with the customers.

To make these activities of development our Engineering Team has available the following means of design aid:

Work stations CAD “CATIA V5”
Work stations to interchange data with customers and suppliers: PRO-E Skeleton Wildfire 4, Solid Works, Step, DWG.
